The next meeting of the Runnymeade HOA will be May 12, 2025 at 7:00pm in the Mount Holly Middle School cafeteria. You should've received your meeting notices, nomination, and proxy forms in the mail from Hawthorne several days ago. We will be electing new people to the board of directors so please give some thought and consideration to who you would like to nominate (or if you'd like to nominate yourself). Additionally, we will talk about the dues and I'd like to have a report from both the budget surplus and common area committees. Originally the Mt. Holly Citizens for a Progressive Future were going to present, but judging from the flyer in my mailbox they've created a separate meeting for our neighborhood. I encourage you to attend if you are interested. That's really all for the agenda so I plan to keep the meeting to a one hour time limit. If you'd like to be officially placed on the agenda for any reason concerning the neighborhood as a whole, please give me a call or email 704-820-9189. Thanks! Judy Moore

(User Info) | | Please watch your mailbox for the next meeting notice. We failed to gather a quorum for last night's meeting (only 6 houses attended). I was quite depressed about that, we really wanted to move on lowering the dues. Hopefully we will gather enough residents for the next meeting to make that a reality. |
