     Violators of the Covenants
Posted on Monday, February 10 @ 09:42:32 EST by Matt

I received my Runnymeade newsletter in the mailbox a week ago. I don't feel that we should be able to let homeowners advertise for their business in the newsletter if they are in violation of the covenants. Why should we support them when they cannot follow simple rules that everyone in the community should be following. I believe this should be acknowledged before the next newsletter comes out.

Thats a good point lcrummie. I'll admit that newsletter is quite a task for me to do alone and I honestly didn't think about that when I put it together. But, I would agree with that sentiment. I'll just have to remember when people call to cross-reference their information with some of our paperwork. Please drop me an email if you'd like to discuss it further or give me any specifics. Honestly, I can't remember the newsletter at this point (they are all a blur), so maybe you can point out to me what part your talking about. Thanks for the input!
