HOA Meeting RECAP

We had a record turnout last night, with over 70
people in attendance. FANTASTIC!
We need to retain this level of participation. We had a good open forum
and everyone respected each other's right to speak. themoores
(Judy) MC'ed the meeting on behalf of the board. She reviewed the current
landscape projects, improvements to common areas, and new signs. We
touched on the budget and on the issue of lowering the home owner dues. algallup
(Amber) got the discusstion going in regards to the playground,
which was a very civil and respectful discussion. Several additional
people voiced their concerns regarding putting a playground right next to a home
owner who doesn't want it there. I'll update this
article through out the day on the voting results
