It seems like the fireplaces in the Mulvaney Homes seem to be a familar problem. Some residents have complained about the fireplace melting their siding. Who did you call to take care of this problem? My husband and I have noticed a black residue on a lot of things in the house. This is coming from the fireplace. This black residue cannot be healthy. Does anyone have an idea who to call about this problem? Please let us know.
