The Runnymeade HOA website now offers an available properties page for owners who have homes for sale in Runnymeade. This page is available to all home owners who are in good financial standing with the Association. If you would like to have your property listed on this page, please fill out the website listing request form and fax (704-861-0783) or email ([email protected]) Property Matters Realty. All requests for the listing on the website must be in writing. Phone requests cannot be processed. The owner must make the request for listings. Requests for listings by brokers will not be processed.

IMPORTANT

Runnymeade HOA will not monitor this website for changes in your broker representation or if the property is taken off the market. Your listing will only be removed if the property is sold or if you are no longer in good financial standing with the Association. Please notify Property Matters Realty in writing of any changes in broker representation.
